It can clean out carbon which could be reducing your engines efficiency but that’s it.
I’ve used sea foam as a fuel stabilizer in my motorcycle with 94 octane 2 years (was injured and could’t ride) and the thing still ran amazing after those 2 years.
I wouldn’t run SeaFoam through the engine in your neighborhood..

I ran sea foam in my Bronco with no issues but the parts guy stated you might need to take the plugs out to clean them. He said his got fouled and just cleaned them up and good as new. You’ll be ok. The plugs will clear themselves out with a good hard run after you use the cleaner.
